Mr. Raymond Rock (Lachine):

Mr. Speaker, I have a question for the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development but in his absence I will address it to the Prime Minister. Is the government permitting the Quebec roads department to build a highway and a bridge through Caughnawaga and Lachine even though I and the citizens of Lachine and Caughnawaga are against such a project-
