Mr. Speaker, I have had some discussions with the opposition House leaders and it would meet the procedural circumstances at the moment if I could have consent now to calling introduction of bills just before orders of the day. In the meantime I would be happy to explain to my colleagues the necessity for this procedural delay until that time, and I will explain the situation then.
