Mr. Speaker, I have a supplementary question for the Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources. In light of reports in the financial pages of the Globe and Mail and other financial papers of Canada and the fact that the minister talks about Canadian participation with regard to the building of a proposed pipeline to transport natural gas from the Arctic to industrial centres in Canada and the United States, will the minister inform the House what percentage of Canadian participation there will be and what guarantee was made in that regard when he met with the American companies which make up about 75 per cent of the consortium?
