Mr. Speaker, I fully agree with the remarks that the hon. member for Greenwood (Mr. Brewin) has just made about the minister's statement concerning immigration. Indeed, immigration regulations should be revised and carefully considered in order to enable immigrants to identify themselves quite easily with our society and prevent undesirables from entering Canada.
In my opinion, the proposal made by the hon. member for Greenwood is fully justified and I suggest that the government and the minister should follow up that matter as soon as possible.
