Mr. Speaker, my question is addressed to the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Manpower and Immigration. Since many local initiative projects are being stultified by lack of funds, can the hon. gentleman say what action the government intends to take in response to the many requests which have been made for the allocation of additional funds and the extension of the time within which projects can be completed?
