Mr. Gleave:

Mr. Speaker, that is where we were in 1967, before this government took office. All they are doing is getting back to where we were. The best thing that these gentlemen can do is be quiet because, then they do not attract so much trouble to themselves. I do not mind. I am quite willing to set the record straight as the opportunity offers.
