Mr. John Burton (Regina East):

Mr. Speaker, I would like to address my question to the minister in charge of the Canadian Wheat Board. In view of the fact the National Harbours Board terminal, now unused in Vancouver, could be put into operating condition for some $200,000 to handle specialty grains, can the minister indicate when we might expect a decision on this matter which he said he will take under consideration?
