Mr. J. G. Lind (Middlesex):

Mr. Speaker, we are sure that the two great national railway systems, Canadian National and Canadian Pacific, are doing their best to move all the grain from the west, but my concern and question are directed to the Minister of Transport. What is the minister going to do about the boxcar situation to move lumber from British Columbia to Ontario where it is greatly needed for housing construction?
