Mr. Speaker, I have a question for the Minister of Transport. Is the minister in a position to inform the House that his conversation with Premier Hatfield of New Brunswick has resulted in an adjustment of the oil levy, which will result in work being resumed without further delay on the deepwater superport at Lorneville in Charlotte County, New Brunswick?
