Mr. BLAIN.

The reason I ask the minister if there is any difference in the selection of sites in the province of Quebec and other provinces is. on account of an article that I haye before me from the province of Ontario. It says:
Pergus post office-Liberals hold meeting to decide on. the site.
Pergus, Dec. 1.-A public meeting of local Liberals was held to-night for the purpose of recommending to the government a site for the proposed post office. Four sites were voted upon, the final vote giving the Monroe property a majority of six over the Watt property.
It seems to be the policy at Fergus in Ontario, that when a site is to be selected the Liberals are called together, the different sites are submitted and voted upon, and I suppose that the policy will be that the Mr. iPUGSLLY.
majority shall rule. I want to know whether the same policy is applied in Quebec and other provinces or whether the minister is going to abolish this in favour of the new policy which he is introducing.
