That is a matter of agreement. In Quebec there are large numbers of public buildings constructed on sites which are purchased by the Crown. I have now in mind Shawenegan Falls, in

the province of Quebec, where the county and the municipality furnished the site free. In Iberville I think the same way. I have never found that there is any difference between one province and another in that respect. Occasionally sites are furnished free, but in most cases we have to buy them.
