Mr. Speaker, I am glad to have this opportunity to speak on the bill and also to take advantage of the statement of the Minister of Finance (Mr. Benson) that the bill in its complexity obviously leaves some things to be desired and undoubtedly the government will be taking steps to amend the bill and to improve it. I should like to point out this evening some of the measures which I think the government should take the opportunity to imprpve as quickly as possible.
