Mr. R. L. BORDEN.

I would like to inquire whether the government propose to lay on the table the report of the Commission of Scotch farmers who visited this country some time ago. Their report has been published in Great Britain and seems to attract a great deal of attention there. It is evidently the work of a very shrewd, observant body of men, and it would be desirable to have it laid on the table and perhaps printed for distribution.
