Mr. MOLLOY.

I beg your pardon, Mr. Speaker. It was that the premier of the province of Manitoba was a party in a sand pit which he was using for his personal enrichment and further the member for Springfield, at the nomination in the county represented by the hon. member for Selkirk, stated two weeks ago, that he still stood by the charges made against the premier of Manitoba, that he still would prove that he was a partner in a deal known as the Eli sand pit deal.
