Mr. Speaker, I had intended to put my question to the hon. Minister of Transport but in his absence, I shall direct it to the right hon. Prime Minister, since he is concerned in the matter.
Yesterday, we were delayed over five hours at the Quebec and Montreal airports. Might it not be possible for the government to study the possibility of building an international airport in an area free from fog and far from the St. Lawrence river?
