Mr. Gilles Gregoire (Lapointe):

Mr. Speaker, I should like to put a question to the Solicitor General, as minister responsible for the R.C.M.P.
Since members, ministers and even the premier in the Quebec legislature are seriously considering the possibility of their telephones being tapped, could the minister tell us whether he is aware of this problem and whether the R.C.M.P. is in any way responsible in this matter?
