I should like to direct a question to the President of the Treasury Board. In view of the imminent closing of the house and the continuing urgency for moneys to finance the construction of homes, 1 wonder whether the minister has any intention of announcing the government's policy regarding interest rates, and whether any extra provision is being made to meet this vital need.
