I rise to a point of order, Mr. Speaker. Since, contrary to the hon. member for Lapointe (Mr. Gregoire), I understand very well the oath of office I took in order to sit in this house, on behalf of those I represent, I am withdrawing from this house as a protest against the speech delivered at present by the hon. member.
