Mr. Monteith:

Mr. Speaker, the Prime Minister in very ringing terms suggested last night that foreign enterprise must be subject to Canadian law only and responsive to Canadian policy. I wonder whether the Prime Minister could not be a little firmer in his reply to the effect that they will not be subject to any future guide lines from Washington.
