Mr. Speaker, I should like to direct a question to the Prime Minister. In view of the government's growing apprehension over foreign ownership of Canadian companies, as revealed by the return to the cabinet of the hon. member for Davenport, the setting up of still another committee and the promise of the Prime Minister on television last night in respect of yet another white paper, is it the intention of the government to reject any future guide lines issued from Washington to firms operating in Canada?
