Mr. Reg Canielon (Kindersley):

Mr. Speaker, I have a question for the Minister of Finance which has to do with the question of potash mines. I have asked him some questions in the past on this matter. Since the Premier of Saskatchewan says that he "is dismayed at the actions of Finance Minister Walter Gordon in not allowing tax concessions to solution mines", and he goes on to label this as "rank discrimination", my question is, is the Government now prepared tc revise the tax regulations to allow tax concessions for this type of mining?
