Mr. Georges Valade (St. Mary):

A sup-mentary question to the Postmaster General, Mr. Speaker.

Mr. Speaker, I would have a supplementary question to ask the Postmaster General. I should like to know if, before taking a definite stand on hate literature he could not give a legal definition the government could use to take steps in this regard, prior to reaching a final decision. The reason I am asking the minister this question is to prevent another type of literature from coming under that definition, such as the pamphlets put out by the Minister of Justice against the leader of the Conservative party.
