Mr. T. S. Barnett (Comox-Alberni):
Mr. Speaker, in addressing a question to the Minister of Fisheries perhaps I might be permitted to welcome him back to the House from Washington, and to congratulate him upon the speech he made there, that is in so far as I have seen it reported. I should like him to permit me to do a little fishing by asking what I intended to be a twopronged question, one aspect of which related to the straight line co-ordinates about which the hon. Member for Queens asked a question.
While the Minister was in Washington did he find any opportunity of requesting our United States friends to have their nationals withdraw from Canada's fishing waters?
