Mr. Speaker, in reply I wish to indicate that complaints have been received from Newfoundland fishermen to the effect that certain damage has been caused by foreign trawlers operating in Canada's territorial waters. A full investigation was carried out, and I am now in a position to confirm the fact that such damage did occur, but not inside the three mile limit.
