Mr. Speaker, the hon. member for Edmonton West (Mr. Lambert) may

very well say at this time that my two former colleagues may have thought along those lines, but today we are following parliamentary procedure and the order in which notices of motions should be presented to the house.
If an hon. member is not here to introduce his motion, then he should wait, because it should go to the bottom of the present list of motions. As far as the province of Quebec is concerned, we have something dealing with hospital insurance and diagnostic services to provide, in agreement with the federal government, for emergency ambulance services, but nevertheless-I hear the hon. member for Red Deer (Mr. Thompson) say "order, order", but I believe he will not be saying "order" very long and very often in the house-I am opposed to keeping motion No. 2 at the head of the list of notices of motions and I ask that it be placed at the end of the list.
