Mr. Winkler:

It will, of course, be borne in mind that the Social Credit party, voting with the Government, maintained the Liberal party in power. My question of privilege is this, that Mr. Douglas should not in a political, partisan manner falsely impute motives in regard to members of the Conservative caucus, nor should he mislead the public in this way.
