I should like to direct a question to the Minister of Transport. Does the government intend to insist that the Canadian National Railways fulfil the promise allegedly made by its president, Mr. Donald Gordon, that there would be no level crossings and that a security fence would be erected in built-up areas adjacent to the access line to the new marshalling yards in Vaughan township north of Toronto?
