Mr. Speaker, I should like to direct a question to the Minister of Transport. This matter also concerns the Minister of National Health and Welfare. As I have not given notice of this question, perhaps they would take this question as notice. Could the ministers bring the house up to date on what has been done in the past few months in co-operation with the United States federal government toward the elimination of oil pollution on the great lakes?
