Mr. PUGSLEY.

No; Walter H. Trueman was not a judge. He was the solicitor and he is the gentleman who is referred to in this correspondence and who is mentioned by Mr. Williams. My hon. friend from St. John is therefore wrong, first, in his statement that the Mr. Trueman referred to was Judge Trueman, and secondly he was in error in informing the House that Judge Trueman was a partner of mine.
