John Waterhouse Daniel

Conservative (1867-1942)

Mr. DANIEL.

This is the judge, and a member of the firm of Puesley & Trueman.
He was in the cold storage company.
My hon. friend who represents the city of St. John (Mr. Daniel) must know that Judge Trueman, who, in his lifetime was a practising barrister in St. John and afterwards became a judge, was a partner of mine some fifteen or twenty years ago ; that at least fifteen years ago he ceased to be my partner and afterwards practised upon his own account. So far from Judge Trueman being the gentleman referred to as ' Mr. Trueman ' that gentleman was Mr. Walter
H. Trueman, an entirely different person.
