George Eulas Foster

Conservative (1867-1942)

Mr. FOSTER.

There is every difference between a statement and an inference. I
am dealing with the statements of the Minister of Militia and Defence. I brand them as absolutely untrue. He may draw any inference he likes, but I will not be bound by them. All I have to say is that they are not true and the minister as a member of this House is bound to take my statement and withdraw his statements.
