Mr. Speaker, I am certain that His Excellency Mr. Bourguiba will receive an especially warm welcome when he visits Ottawa, not only because of the constructive part that his progressive young country is playing at the United Nations but even more, perhaps, because of the important mediatory part that Mr. Bourguiba himself has played in what we hope will be a successful effort to bring to an end the unhappy conflict which is now and has been for many years raging in Algeria.
