Mr. Speaker, I should like to direct a question to the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration. Perhaps it is rather a pertinent one, in view of the fact that there is a trade delegation here from Jamaica.
In view of the government's high regard for the commonwealth, is the minister prepared to change the regulations of the late Liberal government concerning the immigration of British subjects from the West Indies, regulations which were so outrageously racialist?
