Mr. Churchill:

No, Mr. Speaker, there has been no direct communication from the government of Czechoslovakia to us with regard to credit arrangements. I have heard of negotiations going on between people who sell grain and a representative from Czechoslovakia, but there is nothing on a governmental level whatsoever.
