I have a question for the Minister of Justice, but in his absence perhaps his parliamentary assistant can take it as notice. Has the department yet had a report on the disastrous fires on two Indian reservations during the Christmas holidays, one near Duncan and one near Vancouver, which caused considerable loss of life? Is the department making an inquiry into the living conditions on those reservations to which the fires are attributable?
