Mr. Chevrier:

-after what appears to have been a successful trip. I do hope the mission is more successful in fact than in appearance, but I listened with care to the news report broadcast this morning wherein I thought I understood the minister to state, among other things, that he did not think purchases made in the United Kingdom were going to take business away from Canadian firms. In view of that statement I would like to ask this question. Has the minister any estimate of the amount of trade which has already been diverted from the United States to the United Kingdom because of the trade mission?
