May I direct a question to the Prime Minister. Is it true that the government has decided to propose legislation at the present session to establish a loan fund which will be available at low interest so that small businesses will not be driven out by larger groups? This was a promise made by the Prime Minister at Cambridge, Nova Scotia, on June 4, 1957. If so, when?
