Mr. Speaker, in the absence of the Minister of Finance and the Secretary of State may I direct a question to the Prime Minister. Has approval been given to the design for the special commemorative silver dollar for the British Columbia centennial celebrations next year? I ask the question because I have received information that there is some hitch in actually authorizing the striking of the coin.
