Mr. Marler:

Mr. Speaker, so far as dates which have been announced in connection with the terminal I would say that they were merely dates by which the officials had originally expected that the work would be finished. However, they are no more gifted
Inquiries of the Ministry than anybody else when it comes to determining the course of future events, and it has not been possible to carry out the work as quickly as was thought at first.
