Mr. SPROULE.

It is not exactly apropos of this subject, but I was questioned to-day as to the rate which the Electric Railway Company were allowed to charge in carrying men out to the rifle range. I understood the hon. minister to say, the other day, in answer to my question, that they would carry them at a 5-cent rate.
