Mr. McCann:

I am unable to answer that question because I do not know under what authority that committee acts. If it is a voluntary committee I would think that it has no authority and should bring any such matters to the attention of whatever department is concerned, either the Department of National Revenue, customs and excise, or the Post Office Department.
