Mr. Speaker, while not committing myself at the moment to any general views on censorship, in view of the fact that a voluntary committee of some sort has been operating in Ottawa in the scrutiny of various publications at places
Inquiries of the Ministry where these things are sold, would the minister inform me if that committee has ahy authority from the dominion government or anyone else to prevent people from displaying such literature upon their counters?
