Mr. Speaker, I wish to direct a question to the Minister of Northern Affairs and National Resources. Has the minister had his attention drawn to a severe outburst of spruce budworm in the national park at Ingonish? If so, can he inform the house as to any steps that have been taken to deal with this infestation?
