Mr. Hansell:

I will consider it, if you wish, a closed incident. I will say this, however, in connection with that incident, that the general tenor of the newspaper reports I have been able to read, except one by Doug Leiterman in the Citizen of last Saturday which gives a pretty good account, a truthful report, is that this man was fighting for the freedom of parliament to express itself. That is not the reason we voted for that-
