I do not think that I could, on the orders of the day, elaborate. The hon. gentleman knows that the free countries are in almost constant consultation as to the best methods to be adopted to preserve peace in the world, and that is what we do in connection with such things as might appear to be possible of furthering or of creating the tenseness in sensitive areas.
