I should like to direct a question to the Minister of Justice. Can the minister state whether any action will be taken to make the six steel and wire fence companies which have been fined under the anti-combines section of the Criminal Code pay, in addition to the fine, costs of the trial and the costs of the investigation, which I understand began in 1952?
