I do not entirely agree with the minister in that respect. As a matter of

Inquiries of the Ministry fact, I passed this building quite recently, and it conveys the impression of a rather imposing warehouse. The exterior walls are built of brick, and the minister no doubt is aware that within 25 miles of the city of Winnipeg, in the constituency of my hon. friend from Springfield, is a supply of the most beautiful building stone in the world.
