Perhaps they honestly feel that the people of Canada will be impressed by these forlorn, delaying tactics. If so, I would earnestly advise them to feel the public pulse a bit more professionally. When we consider the construction of a pipe line from the Canadian west to the Canadian east, we are considering a project of the relative magnitude and productive potential of the construction of the first transcontinental railway.
