1. (a) Montreal-Ottawa: A. de Niverville, director of air services, Department of Transport, Ottawa; S. S. Foley, district controller air services, Department of Transport, Toronto; D. A. McIntyre, district superintendent airways, Department of Transport, Toronto; D. W. Saunders, district superintendent air regulations, Department of Transport, Toronto; W. McDowell, district radio engineer, Department of Transport, Toronto; D. Bell, district aircraft inspector, Department of Transport, Toronto; R. W. Bradley, district airway engineer, Department of Transport, Toronto; R. E. Harris, senior area traffic controller, Department of Transport, Toronto; S. Haskins, meteorological services, Department of Transport, Toronto; H. White, airways serviceman, Department of Transport, Toronto; (b) Ottawa-Toronto: As above with exception of the director of air services.
2. (a) To return to their headquarters the district officials listed, who had been in Montreal attending meetings on matters relating to traffic control and airport construction;
(b) the director of air services was in Montreal en route from overseas. The flight to Toronto was therefore made via Ottawa where the director deplaned and the aircraft proceeded to its home base at Malton.
