Major James William Coldwell

Co-operative Commonwealth Federation (C.C.F.)

Mr. Coldwell:

I am not quite sure what the arrangement really is, Mr. Speaker. But this is a matter of some urgency, as I think you yourself suggested. If a debate could be arranged at a convenient date within the next few days the purpose would be served. Otherwise I think we should proceed with the debate this afternoon. I do not want to hold up the other business of the house, provided we have an understanding that this matter can be debated within the next few days. Today is Thursday.
